Charlie Puth brings his Whatever’s Clever! World Tour to Manchester Academy, Manchester, on 22 July 2026. Writer, singer and producer, he shaped his pop identity between early YouTube releases and studies at Berklee before breaking through with the co-write See You Again. From the debut Nine Track Mind to Voicenotes, his music tightened around lean arrangements, bass-led grooves and layered harmonies, then opened to a more electronic, personal edge on Charlie. On stage, he navigates piano-led ballads, R&B inflections and sharp pop hooks, with a clear focus on melody, harmonic detail and production finesse carried into a live format.
Also on the bill, Bradley Simpson steps out from The Vamps with material from his solo chapter. Recognised for a clear, guitar-centred songwriting voice, he reconnects pop instincts with touches of folk rock and indie pop. The Panic Years (2025) crystallises that move, favouring intimate lyrics, direct refrains and a tighter song craft. In solo, his approach swaps band dynamics for a more personal register, keeping the melodic backbone that marked his path while bringing a warmer, acoustic-leaning texture to the set.
