Info
On April 17, 2027, Alfie Jukes brings his British indie-leaning pop to YES in Manchester. Based in Brighton, he writes sharp, intimate songs about relationships, growing up, and the everyday doubts that creep in when you’re trying to figure things out. Since breaking through in the early 2020s with “Spiderwebs”, he’s been shaping a direct, melodic style built for the room: a flexible voice upfront, clean arrangements, light guitars, hooky choruses, and a modern pop-rock sheen.
This show lands after a run of releases that tightened his sound, from the Little Omens EP to Sitting Pretty, and a steady stretch of live dates across the UK and Europe, including support slots that pushed him deeper into the current pop-rock circuit. Expect songs that hit quickly but leave space for the lyrics, with that balance between indie sensitivity and pop efficiency that suits him best.
