Having come up through Paris’s slam scene, he has forged a direct, precise writing style that turns everyday moments into human-scale stories. From his self-titled debut at 33, through La femme idéale and Paradis, he draws a clear line between supple melodies and sung-spoken lyrics, instantly recognizable as his signature.
