Pi Ja Ma

On 26 January 2027 at La Cigale (Paris 18th), Pi Ja Ma takes the stage with her clear, delicate pop. Behind the name, Pauline de Tarragon writes and sings songs where English and French intersect, carried by crisp melodies, measured tempos and vocal harmonies that leave room for the lyrics. Performing on stage as a duo with musician and producer Axel Concato, she crafts a sound that sits between bedroom pop, dream pop and chanson, blending softly strummed guitars, hazy keyboards and understated rhythms.

The live show also draws on the artist’s visual universe—nourished by her illustration and ceramics work—for a simple, carefully considered staging. The set revisits the repertoire that has shaped Pi Ja Ma, from early singles to the album Nice To Meet U, alternating stripped-back ballads and more rhythmic pieces, all rearranged for the stage. It’s a set that prioritizes intimacy, attention to detail and listening, inviting a dialogue between music and image.
