On May 21, 2026 at the KUBB in Évreux, SUUNS presents its alloy of experimental rock, minimalist electro, kraut and post‑punk. Formed in Montreal by Ben Shemie, Joe Yarmush and Liam O’Neill, the trio has been shaping since 2007 a repetitive, atmospheric sound—precise without being cold—that works the angles, the silences and slow builds. On stage, the pieces stretch and tighten between creeping synth lines, razor‑sharp guitars, metronomic drumming and voices in chiaroscuro. A live show conceived as a flow, more sensory than demonstrative.

Across their records, SUUNS shifts the balance without losing its course: Zeroes QC, Images du futur, Hold/Still, Felt, and a collaborative detour with Jerusalem In My Heart. Each chapter digs into a cerebral yet physical rock, where tension is constructed in layers. In Évreux, the set moves between cold pulses, oblique grooves and textures that brush against electronics without excess, marked by a taste for repetition, rhythmic precision and nuances that settle as much in the body as in the mind.
