Yves Jamait takes the stage at the Splendid Lille on March 20, 2026, for a concert dedicated to the imprint Maxime Le Forestier has left on his career. As a teenager, that artistic encounter opened a crack in him; today, Jamait recounts that link and performs his take on Maxime Le Forestier, allowing what those songs sowed in his life as a singer-songwriter to surface. Not an imitation, but rather an intimate journey through a repertoire that has accompanied him for years. He will be joined by Michel Haumont, a fingerpicking guitarist who frequently collaborated with Le Forestier, and Jérôme Broyer, a faithful stage partner for more than ten years. Together they weave understated acoustic arrangements—between guitars and breathing spaces—to give room to Jamait’s words and voice. An evening conceived as a journey, to connect eras and simply share songs that matter.
