Info
On March 11, 2027, at Gran Teatro Geox in Padua, Francesco De Gregori brings “Nevergreen (Perfette Sconosciute)” to the stage, a show built around the kind of songs that don’t fade with time. A key figure of the Italian songwriter tradition since the early 1970s, De Gregori writes at the meeting point of folk, pop rock and narrative chanson, with lyrics that stay slightly sideways: characters passing through, bits of history, everyday scenes, and images you keep turning over.
Expect a set where storytelling leads the way, carried by a sober, focused presence that puts voice and words first. From the classic run that made him widely known, starting with Rimmel, to later chapters that keep mixing acoustic textures with rock edges, he’s always kept his writing sharp and open to interpretation. This night in Padua is a chance to hear that long thread live, in a concert designed to reconnect familiar titles with those “perfect strangers” that suddenly feel close.
