Info
Warhaus, the project led by Maarten Devoldere (also associated with Balthazar), makes its stop in Toulouse on 18 April 2027, at La Cabane - Les Halles de la Cartoucherie. Since its beginnings in 2016, Warhaus has cultivated a distinctive terrain: indie rock and nocturnal pop, hushed folk, a few electronic touches, all carried by a deep voice and restrained arrangements that let silences breathe.
On stage, Devoldere's writing unfolds in a soft tension, between slow ballads and discreet grooves, with that sense of detail that builds intensity without raising the volume. The concert is poised to traverse his different periods, from the early tracks of We Fucked a Flame Into Being and Warhaus to the more recent albums Ha Ha Heartbreak and Karaoke Moon, where one finds that cinematic melancholy and a restrained way of telling stories.
