Rhoda Dakar – Back For More Spring Tour 2027 at Bootleg Social.
Rhoda Dakar has been a distinctive voice in British music for more than four decades. From her beginnings with all-female 2 Tone band The Bodysnatchers and her collaborations with The Specials, Madness and more through to her work as a solo artist, Rhoda remains a compelling performer, songwriter and storyteller.
In February 2027, Rhoda takes to the road with her 6 piece band for a tour celebrating the grassroots music venues that remain the lifeblood of live music.
The show offers an intimate, energetic journey through a long career: songs from The Bodysnatchers and the 2 Tone era, alongside Rhoda's solo material and more recent recordings, performed up close in independent venues where artists, audiences and musical communities have always come together.
Rhoda Dakar's music has never simply looked backwards. Her unmistakable voice, sharp observations and mix of ska, 2 Tone, reggae and soul with a punk attitude remains engaging today.
