On April 9, 2027, DragonForce lands at the Bataclan in Paris for a dose of high-speed power metal. Formed in London in 1999 by guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman, the band has carved out a niche with its twin guitars played at an improbable tempo, melodic refrains and a taste for fantastical imagery, sometimes tinged with video game-style references.
On stage, everything is designed for impact: millimetre-perfect transitions, rapid-fire solos and a collective adrenaline surge. The set promises to connect the classics that marked their breakout era, including the inevitable 'Through the Fire and Flames,' and the newer tracks, notably those from Warp Speed Warriors (2024). A concert for fans of virtuosity, speed and big choruses, with no dull moments.
