Fantastic Negrito arrives at Rocher de Palmer in Cenon on November 10, 2027, with today’s blues twisted in his own way. Behind the stage name, Xavier Amin Dphrepaulezz has relaunched his trajectory from Oakland by betting on a raw and direct formula: a raspy voice, guitar riffs that grip, and a way of weaving blues, soul, rock and hints of funk without smoothing the edges.
On stage, his universe comes fully into focus: it moves forward through taut grooves, electric crescendos and choruses rooted in tradition, but with a contemporary energy. The songs draw from his landmark records, from The Last Days of Oakland to White Jesus Black Problems, where he blends narrative and music as a through-line. A concert conceived as a face-to-face encounter, between calm rage, soulful warmth and rock jolts.
