Info
On September 20, 2026, at Whelan’s in Dublin, Man/Woman/Chainsaw bring their London-bred noise-pop into a live setting where the songs don’t sit still. Built around Billy Ward and Vera Leppänen and now operating as a full sextet, the band moves between alternative rock, post-punk tension, art-rock angles and sudden melodic openings. What stands out in their shows is the constant push and pull: tight rhythmic pressure, guitars that scrape and snap, then a shift into something more open before the whole thing bends again. Rather than leaning on familiar indie-rock templates, they play with fluid structures and collective momentum, with parts that feel passed around the room in real time. After making their name on the UK circuit and landing on Fiction Records with the single “Only Girl,” this date in Dublin is a chance to catch a band shaped by the stage first, where new material and nervous energy do most of the talking.
