The founder of Dream Syndicate will present at I Wouldn't Say It If It Wasn't True – Songs, Stories and Surprises a new stage format built around his memoirs, recently published in Spanish by Liburuak.
The show will combine songs, readings, and stories drawn from a career spanning four decades of music, from the early years of Dream Syndicate to the release of Make It Right, his first solo album since 2010.
Chris Cacavas (Green On Red) will open each evening solo before joining the main concert in an acoustic format designed for this tour.
The founder and leader of Dream Syndicate has designed a show that blends live music, narration, and excerpts from his memoirs, recently published in Spanish by Liburuak. Far from presenting a conventional reading or the usual acoustic concert, Wynn proposes an experience built around the stories he has gathered in the book and the songs that have accompanied his artistic journey. The show will include Dream Syndicate classics and rarities, selections for the occasion, and tracks from Make It Right, his first solo album since 2010, written and recorded in parallel with the drafting of the memoirs.
