Vianney

After five years away from touring, Vianney is back on the road and returning solo. Between projects for others, a duets album, songwriting and the construction of a refuge, he allowed himself a deliberate hiatus. Nine months spent building with his own hands and isolating himself to recreate in a different way, to return to the essentials: guitar slung over his shoulder, voice front and center, songs without frills.

French chanson nourished by acoustic pop and folk, direct lyrics and clear melodies: his repertoire was established with Idées blanches, then Vianney and N’attendons pas, from Pas là to Je m’en vais, not to mention more recent tracks. On stage, he returns to familiar ground: alone, facing the audience, in a stripped-down format that places songwriting and performance at the center.

On 1 October 2027 at the Zénith in Saint-Étienne, Vianney will perform signature pieces and new songs, with the desire to reweave that direct connection that defined his previous concerts. A date conceived as a face-to-face: spare arrangements, guitars, loops, direct address. A comeback that relies on the simplicity of live performance and immediate contact, where his songs assume their clearest form.
