Philadelphia-born singer, songwriter and poet Jill Scott brings her To Whom It May Concern 2026 Tour to O2 Academy Birmingham on 29 September 2026. Part of the neo soul wave, she blends classic soul with contemporary R&B, jazz inflections and spoken word, a mix she honed after co-writing You Got Me for The Roots and releasing her debut Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1. On stage, her warm, expressive voice meets a live band that leans into jazz, funk and gospel colors. The set draws from the Words and Sounds trilogy, the live spirit of Experience: Jill Scott 826+, and later albums The Light of the Sun and Woman, alongside newer material.
