On June 9, 2026 at Supersonic (12th arrondissement, Paris), The Smith Street Band arrives from Melbourne with a blend of melodic punk rock, indie and folk-punk. Formed in 2009 around Wil Wagner, the band delivers fast songs, direct choruses and lyrics about everyday life, relationships and mental health. From No One Gets Lost Anymore to Life After Football, their songwriting has broadened without losing the urgency of their early days, balancing tight guitars with more open melodies.
RatSalad come from Geraldton with a blunt, no-nonsense pub-punk sound. Raspy guitars, a driving tempo, and sing-along choruses sung arm-in-arm: the energy is raw, rooted in the Australian DIY tradition, with that bar-rock grain evocative of a close-knit local scene.
From Paris, Neon Bay cranks up the grunge: thick fuzz, heavy bass and pounding drums, for nervy tracks with ’90s accents brought into the present. Between tension and breathing space, the trio condenses catchy riffs and an intensity that holds its own in the pit.
