Geese « Unaltrofestival 2026 »

On August 19, 2026, Brooklyn’s Geese bring their shape-shifting indie rock to Circolo Magnolia in Novegro-Tregarezzo, Italy. Formed out of a New York high-school scene, the five-piece threads post-punk urgency, art-rock detours and a psych tint into taut songs marked by angular guitars, shifting rhythms and a vocal line that slips between talk-sung phrases and melody. The writing favors sudden turns and textured layers, with tension building and breaking in quick, precise moves.

Their first album, Projector (2021, Partisan Records), set the coordinates with wiry riffs, fractured structures and a close-up feel. On 3D Country (2023), the palette widens: hints of folk and americana, roomier passages and choruses that open the frame without sanding down the edges. On stage, these pieces stretch and reshape, leaving space for improvisation and tempo play while keeping the direct, jagged pulse intact. The set pivots from tightly wound bursts to wider psych digressions, held together by guitar interplay and restless rhythm.
