Frei.Wild - Immer unter Feuer

On 8 May 2026, Frei.Wild will bring their "Immer unter Feuer" tour to the Quarterback Immobilien Arena in Leipzig. Since 2001, the band from Brixen has stood for German-language rock, combining melodic hard rock, a punk edge and singalong choruses. At the center are lyrics about origin, everyday life, friendship and social issues that often provoke. On stage the quartet confidently shifts between electric and acoustic, with compact riffs, choral hooks and quiet moments that cast the intensity in a different light.

Philipp Burger (vocals, guitar), Jonas Notdurfter (guitar), Jochen Gargitter (bass) and Christian Fohrer (drums) draw deeply from their own repertoire in concert. Tracks from phases such as Feinde deiner Feinde, Opposition, Rivalen und Rebellen and Wirklichkeitsverlust meet acoustic chapters from Still. The sound remains direct, the songs clearly structured, with a focus on energy and on the lyrics. Frei.Wild positions itself visibly within the German rock scene, openly acknowledging its roots and adopting a stance that distances itself from extremist fringes.
