Raised in Streatham, South London, the rapper and pianist — also known as Santan Dave — first broke through with online freestyles and the early single Wanna Know, then carved a lane between grime, UK rap and trap. Piano-led beats and detailed storytelling frame themes of mental health, family, social pressure and the Black British experience. His path runs through the EPs Six Paths (2016) and Game Over (2017), the album Psychodrama (2019) and We’re All Alone in This Together (2021), then the 2023 joint project Split Decision with Central Cee.
