Info
Joyce Manor bring their lean, melodic punk from Torrance to Toronto, with songs that hit fast and keep the hooks upfront. Formed in 2008 around Barry Johnson and Chase Knobbe, the band grew out of the SoCal DIY scene and built a catalogue of tight, narrative tracks that bridge pop punk, emo and indie rock. From the 2011 debut and Of All Things I Will Soon Grow Tired to Never Hungover Again and Cody on Epitaph, then Million Dollars to Kill Me and 40 oz. to Fresno, their set draws on years of concise writing about relationships, suburban drift and everyday tension.
Los Angeles outfit Militarie Gun push a tense, melodic take on punk and post-hardcore. Started in 2020 by Ian Shelton with Nick Cogan, William Acuña, Max Epstein and Vince Nguyen, they refined their punchy format across the EPs All Roads Lead to the Gun I & II and the 2023 album Life Under the Gun, where rough guitars meet clear, direct vocals.
Teen Mortgage and Combat round out the bill. Catch the lineup on 26 March 2026 at Danforth Music Hall, 147 Danforth Avenue, Toronto (M4K 1N2). This show is all ages.
