Joan de Nadau’s stories are like yellowed postcards that send us back to our roots—the land of those who love us and of that love for “living in the homeland.” By keeping local culture alive, Nadau reminds us where we come from and where we are going. They awaken in each audience member that part of the unconscious shaped by our roots and our childhood. Joan de Nadau makes the words of our language sing. Nadau’s tunes soar, light, then take root in our hearts, germinating memories and hope. Nadau blends guitar, violin and bagpipe, bringing their performance to a close.
