On 3 September 2026, Jacob Alon will be at Les Trois Baudets in Paris to present his raw, intimate acoustic folk. Since the release of In Limerence in spring 2025, the Scottish singer-songwriter has established himself with a highly narrative, intimate writing, sometimes tempered by a dry wit, carried by a supple, androgynous voice and spare melodies. Between confession and everyday details, his songs probe family bonds, emotional tensions, queerness and this sense of a mild social misfit, never overdoing the emotion. Spotted in the orbit of Edinburgh's folk scene, Jacob Alon moves closest to the words and the guitar, in a bittersweet and ethereal vein. Awarded in recent months (BBC Introducing, BRIT Awards, Ivor Novello Awards, including Best Song for Don't Fall Asleep), he comes above all to share this direct, fragile and precise repertoire, tailored for the intimate setting of the venue.
