Solo artist and Nightwish’s vocalist, Floor Jansen returns to the club circuit with the HYTRESS Tour, making a stop at the Bataclan in Paris on January 15, 2027. After Paragon, she opens a new chapter with the single "RUN," which marks a darker and more direct turn in her personal repertoire: heavier guitars, a tighter structure, melodies still prominent, and that very distinctive way of layering her vocals to build tension.
On "RUN," Floor Jansen reconnects with producer Gordon Groothedde, whom she had already worked with back in the After Forever era. The idea is clear: reconnect with heavy roots without losing the sense of direct writing. The track speaks of self-assertion, the decision not to trim herself to fit others' expectations, and the courage to appear without a mask. On stage, this new material promises a set where metal power and expansive singing respond to each other, between rock energy and vocal precision.
