For more than twenty years, La Rue Kétanou has been forging its path with French chanson that keeps the street-level grit of the pavement and the energy of live performance, balancing troupe spirit and collective energy. At the heart is Florent Vintrigner's writing, surrounded by the presence of Mourad Musset and Olivier Leite, longtime collaborators, able to turn a verse into a moment of shared emotion. Beside them, Pierre Luquet's accordion, who joined in 2016, brings a nomadic breeze that further widens the band's playing field.
From now on, percussionist Narjess Saad joins the adventure: a blended groove, formed by Guem and shaped by Playing For Change, that comes to shake up the arrangements without changing their DNA. On January 13, 2027, La Rue Kétanou will be at Le Silo in Marseille, for a concert where the freedom of tone and the momentum of the collective stay at the forefront.
