Between dance-punk, emo, progressive rock, and hardcore influences, Jhariah arrives in Paris on October 12, 2026 for a live show at the Pop-up du Label. Behind this name, Jhariah Clare, a New York musician who has worked in illustration and animation, has since the late 2010s been shaping a solo project that refuses to pick a side: taut guitars, pop choruses, shifts in tone, electronic touches, and a highly narrative, almost theatrical writing.
Revealed online before taking root on indie and DIY scenes, he stacks formats and ideas, from early tracks to EPs, building a universe that is coherent both sonically and visually. His album TRUST CEREMONY extends this borderless logic: a record where punk urgency, emo bursts, and prog detours meet, but also influences from pop, hip-hop or Latin dance. On stage, this material takes on another dimension, between raw energy and dramaturgy, for a concert conceived as a moving narrative.
