G Flip has set down roots in London to celebrate Dream Ride with a signing session on July 31, 2026 at Rough Trade East. Born in St Kilda and based in Melbourne, the artist has established themselves as a solo act since 2018 with a nervy pop where the rhythm leads the dance: drums played live, catchy synths, and crisp, memorable choruses, straddling indie pop and pop-rock.
Discovered with 'About You', G Flip quickly released tracks crafted for the live stage, before confirming with About Us, and then underscored the bolder, more upfront turn of Drummer, an album conceived as a performance. With Dream Ride, the third album, the writing opens up even further: more nuance, still that sense of groove and direct melodies, with a live energy that never abandons the songs.
