On March 3, 2027, Izïa returns to the stage of L'Olympia in Paris for a concert that promises to be a new beginning. Since her beginnings, she has moved between edgy rock and French-language pop, with the same taste for contrast and a very direct, fearless way of inhabiting her songs. Album after album, she has shifted the balance without losing the intensity that defines her, able to alternate between impact and something more fragile, almost bare. After La vitesse, carried by 'Mon cœur', she opens today a new chapter, more instinctive, more upfront. Her return is embodied notably in 'Mieux que nous', a track built on a pared-down melody that shifts from guitar to piano, and that looks closely at the flaws of a love story: doubts, wounds, but also the will to endure. On stage, one can expect to rediscover that tension, between melancholy and momentum, with a performance that relies on precision rather than showiness.
