G Flip arrives in Vancouver with the Bed on Fire Tour, on August 25, 2026 at the Hollywood Theatre. Born in St Kilda and based in Melbourne, the artist first made a name as a drummer and backing vocalist before launching a solo project in which rhythm stays at the heart of the act: live drums, sharp synths, and hooks that stick without forcing them.
Discovered in 2018 with 'About You' on Triple J Unearthed, G Flip has released a string of tracks and taken the stage, building a discography that spans pop, indie pop, and pop-rock. From About Us (2019) to Drummer (2023), more direct and built for performance, the through line remains the same: personal songs powered by a band energy, even when solo. With Dream Ride (2025), G Flip broadens their palette further, while maintaining that sense of tempo and immediate impact that makes the difference on stage.
