Fakear returns to the stage with a new chapter tailored for the club. The Caen-based producer, long framed on the downtempo side with travel-inspired textures, here pushes the dial toward heavier rhythms and bass that hit hard, without letting go of his melodies and atmospheres. His new album A Nice Place to Be, due on September 4, announces a live set that alternates peak-time crescendos with slower breaths, between 140 BPM energy and more airy moments.
On October 16, 2026, at Krakatoa in Mérignac, he will test this live format designed to be rearranged and performed anew, somewhere between ambient heritage, house touches and more frontal percussion. An evening to rediscover Fakear’s DNA, but with a more direct dynamic, built for the dancefloor as much as for listening.
