Renan Luce returns to the stage with 'Joue Repenti', a concert that highlights what has always defined him: singer-songwriter songs that tell everyday scenes, characters sketched in a few lines, and that sense of narrative that makes a track progress like a short story.
Born in Paris, raised in Brittany, he established himself in the mid-2000s with Repenti, his first album where acoustic textures, folk influences and popular forms (waltz, ballad) respond to one another without forcing. The follow-up confirmed a precise writing, capable of moving from observation to something more intimate, as in Le Clan des miros, D'une tonne à un tout petit poids, and then the album Renan Luce. On stage, he favors a tight format, very centered on the voice, the text and the melody, where his songs gain all their depth.
