Nothing But Thieves

On 13 February 2027 at bp pulse LIVE in Marston Green, Nothing But Thieves bring their taut, melodic alt-rock back on stage. Formed in Southend-on-Sea, the five-piece — Conor Mason, Joe Langridge-Brown, Dominic Craik, Philip Blake and James Price — has shaped a sound where tensile hooks meet incisive guitars and a darker electronic undercurrent. From the self-titled debut and Broken Machine through Moral Panic, the band has pushed its writing toward leaner, nervier tracks, before tilting into sleeker synth textures on Dead Club City without losing impact.

Live, the set navigates between slow-burning tension and punchy choruses, stitching older staples to the newer, more futuristic cuts. Trip Switch and Amsterdam rub shoulders with the bite of Sorry or Is Everybody Going Crazy?, while Welcome to the DCC signals the band’s latest turn with bright, synthetic shades and a tight groove. Years spent between club circuits and major festivals, plus runs opening for heavyweights like Muse, have honed a show that moves with pace and clarity.
