High Fade, the Glasgow trio who cut their teeth busking across Scotland, bring a lean, groove-led blend of funk, disco and organic house. Now stepping from the street to the stage, they roll into Cardiff for the Twice As Nice Tour at Clwb Ifor Bach on 4 November 2026. Built on percussive bass, tight drums and choppy guitar, their sound folds warm 70s colours into crisp, modern touches while keeping the live bite of a true three-piece.
On stage, High Fade play on interplay and momentum. Parts lock, fracture and rebuild, with pocket-deep rhythms, synth stabs and elastic lines that push and pull the room. Songs drift into jam sections then snap back into hooks; drops and handclaps cue the shift from strutting funk to disco sheen and a low-slung house pulse. It’s a set aimed at the dancefloor, carried by stamina, timing and a close-knit chemistry that lets three musicians fill the space without need for anything else.
