SIX60 will take over La Bellevilloise in Paris on 14 October 2026 to present Right Here Right Now, their new album. Born in Dunedin, at the heart of Otago’s student scene, the band was shaped on the road and on stage, developing a sound that blends soul, pop rock, contemporary R&B and touches of electronica, with occasional drum-and-bass inflections. Sing-along choruses, straightforward melodies and a strong sense of live performance: their songwriting aims for the moment, crafted for the stage.

A regular on New Zealand’s major stages, from Western Springs to Eden Park, SIX60 has built a catalogue that moves between pop songs, more electronic rhythms and hints of soul and light reggae. After a series of self-titled albums and Castle St, this fifth record opens a new chapter while staying true to the band’s DNA, with, in places, nods to their roots in Aotearoa, including tracks recorded in te reo Māori.

At La Bellevilloise, expect a set that alternates the new material from Right Here Right Now with the band’s standout songs, weaving warm grooves, pop-rock guitars and electronic textures. It’s an opportunity to see an established New Zealand group with a proven track record, faithful to what defines them: songs that fully come alive in concert.
