Liz Lawrence

On 10 June 2026 at The Courtyard Theatre in London, Liz Lawrence brings her blend of indie pop and lo‑fi folk to the stage. Raised in Stratford‑upon‑Avon and now based in London, she first cut her teeth in bands before going solo, shaping songs around guitar lines, clear melodies and a stripped-back production. In parallel, her duo Cash+David with David LKA opened a more synthetic, electro‑pop route that broadened her sound without losing her melodic focus.

Her solo path spans Bedroom Hero (2012), the EP Health and Safety (2014), then Pity Party (2019), Whoosh (2020) and The Avalanche (2021), followed by the EPs I Was There (2023) and Peanuts (2024). Along the way she’s crossed paths with the UK indie scene, touring with Bombay Bicycle Club and appearing on their album Everything Else Has Gone Wrong, as well as featuring with Toothless on Party for Two. Live, Lawrence draws from these chapters to stitch together intimate moments and crisp, direct hooks, keeping the spotlight on the songwriting and the contours of her voice.
