Isha & Limsa d’Aulnay arrive at Le Transbordeur in Villeurbanne on April 11, 2026, to extend the momentum of their joint album Bitume Caviar. Longtime friends and collaborators, the two rappers first crossed paths on Starting Block in 2020 before assembling thirteen tracks in which their writings answer one another, between a knack for turns of phrase and restrained melodies. On stage, the duo mirror their thirty-something perspectives, mixing everyday chronicles with clear-sightedness and self-mockery.
This live show carves into the album’s material and draws from their solo work, playing on their complementarity: contrasting timbres, tempo changes, a ping-pong of punchlines. It’s a way of making audible what brings them together—shared influences and a taste for storytelling—while allowing each identity space to take its place. After an initial tour, they return with a set conceived for the stage.
Isha. A Brussels rapper with direct and introspective writing, he wields storytelling and crisp imagery, with a deep voice marked by lived experience. His tracks progress grounded in reality, balancing embraced vulnerability and social awareness.
Limsa d’Aulnay. Originally from Aulnay-sous-Bois, he relies on a precise pen and a measured flow. Between technique and clarity, he narrates the street, its contradictions and the desire to move forward, with a sincerity free of posturing.
