Lynda Lemay and Jean‑Félix Lalanne reunite as a duo for a guitar-and-voice tête‑à‑tête in which the Québécoise’s writing meets the French guitarist’s finely wrought playing. On 9 November 2026 at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille, they present a repertoire that blends well-known songs and new material, nourished by their album À Fleur de Cordes, released on 6 February 2026. On stage the guitars answer one another, weave countermelodies and create a spare framework that lets the storytelling, discreet irony, confidences and those everyday details Lemay renders with unflinching clarity come through. Lalanne, faithful to his acoustic touch, moves between fingerpicking and arpeggios, sculpts precise arrangements, supports the voice and opens instrumental breaths without overdoing it. The duo plays on listening and complicity, shifts naturally from smiles to gravity, and develops the songs into more stripped, direct versions in which the lyrics and the texture of the strings take the lead. A moment conceived around their guitars, to rediscover a repertoire in a tight, warm format.
