Digitalism - Optimism Tour 2026

Digitalism, the Hamburg duo of Jens Moelle and İsmail Tüfekçi, have been blending club culture with indie energy since the early 2000s. Early maxi singles on the French label Kitsuné, like Zdarlight and Idealistic, set the tone: somewhere between electro house, indie dance and a rough, electronic rock edge. On their debut album Idealism (2007) they move confidently between instrumental dancefloor tools and vocal tracks. I Love You Dude (2011) leans more into pop structures and melodies, a direction further underscored by Circles. With Mirage (2016) the project opened up toward melodic techno and atmospheric textures, accompanied by club-oriented EPs such as Lift (2016), 5KY11GHT (2018) and JPEG (2019). Both live and in their DJ sets, their mix of clear song structures, punchy grooves, distinctive basslines and densely layered synths takes center stage.

On 13 November 2026 the duo brings their Optimism Tour 2026 to the Kesselhaus & Maschinenhaus in Berlin. On stage Digitalism combine their early anthems with current club productions, layering hooks and breaks with a direct, danceable drive and maintaining the tension between indie sensitivity and club impact. A set that goes straight for the body, precisely built for the night.
