Niels Geusebroek

On 22 October 2026 Niels Geusebroek will appear at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht. The singer who once fronted Silkstone has since steered his course toward compact, acoustic pop and gentle folk. His clear voice and melodies remain central: sparse guitar lines, modest arrangements, and lyrics about relationships, doubt and everyday moments.

After his appearance on The Voice of Holland, Niels gradually built a solo career. He reached a wider audience with “Year of Summer,” the track with producer Wildstylez, but on stage he focuses on songs that stay intimate. Expect “Take Your Time Girl,” material from his later releases, and possibly a nod to his Silkstone years, all in new, stripped-down versions.

Live he keeps the sound spacious and direct: dynamics without ornamentation, room for breath and for storytelling. The set moves between soft ballads and pop with momentum, where the voice carries the rhythm and the guitar outlines the lines. The emphasis is on the song, the melody, and what it has to say tonight.
