On 27 May 2026 at La Bellevilloise, Annahstasia unveils on stage the material of Tether, her first full-length album. Patience and independence have shaped her songwriting: a poetic folk that rubs against soul and acoustic R&B, carried by a deep, resonant voice. From her earliest self-taught recordings to the album, love remains the guiding thread — for others, for the world, for herself — running through songs built close to the guitar, with spare arrangements and gospel-tinged harmonies.

Thoughts gathered on the road, sung before friends and strangers, these songs were road-tested before being laid down. Annahstasia says she writes and then lives with her words to make sure they hold. On stage, this method appears as an unadorned presence: pieces that breathe, orchestral swells and others more airy, all rooted in lived experience. Between enveloping arpeggios, organic shading and a velvety timbre, her set weaves an intimate narrative that takes its time and leaves room for silence as much as for expansiveness.
