Ezhel

Born in Ankara in 1990 and based in Berlin, Ezhel shapes a sound at the crossroads of rap, trap, reggae and Anatolian echoes. Spotted in the underground scene with his first freestyles, he broke through in 2017 with Müptezhel, an album with blunt lyrics about the city, economic struggles and the everyday life of youth. Tracks like Sehrimin Tadı and Geceler stand out for their mix of rapid phrasing, melodic singing and darker atmospheres.

Since then he has moved between Turkey and Germany, expanded his collaborations and broadened his playground: Ufo361, Aitch, Luciano, Gentleman… On record as well as on stage, he alternates melodic rap, touches of trap and choruses bordering on pop, with a narrative sense that roots his songs in the streets, relationships and social contradictions. His trajectory, spanning Ankara, Berlin and a hyperactive online sphere, feeds a direct and grounded songwriting.

Ezhel will be at the Bataclan in Paris on October 28, 2026 — a live show to gauge the scope of a career that bridges Turkish and German cultures, and a stage energy where bangers, confessions and club tempos sit side by side.
