Info

On December 12, 2026, at Sala Nazca in Madrid, the Dark Christmas Festival brings together three acts that move between shadow and the electronic pulse. Diorama arrives from Germany with its blend of darkwave and electropop which, over the years, has opened toward electronic rock and a nerve akin to EBM. Melodic synthesizers, driving rhythms, guitars, and a tense vocal carry a long repertoire with clearly distinct phases, from the darker beginnings of the late 1990s to recent albums such as Fast Advance Fast Reverse. Bragolin, the Dutch project led by Edwin van der Velde, focuses on a bass-forward post-punk/dark wave with cold keyboards and hazy guitars with shoegaze nods. In live performance it operates as a duo, with keyboards pushing the more synthetic side and imagery of post-apocalyptic cinema and horror seeping into the atmosphere. Carrellee completes the night with a nocturnal, club-oriented darkwave and synth-pop: cold beats, sharp textures, and a soft voice in the foreground, in line with its most recent and front-facing phase.
