Info
On April 11, 2027, at O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester, The Wombats bring their debut era back into focus with a live nod to A Guide to Love, Loss and Desperation. Born in Liverpool, the trio built its name on sharp, melodic indie rock: nervous guitars, elastic basslines, and choruses that stick fast. Expect that early mix of post-punk snap and pop instinct, with lyrics that circle around relationships, anxiety, and the small contradictions of everyday life.
Opening the night, Cherryholt set the tone with a straight-to-the-point British indie-pop sound. The Stamford five-piece lean on crisp guitars and tight hooks, the kind of band energy that hits best in a packed room. Their songs, shaped with producer Rich Turvey and built for the stage, balance clean melodies with a lively push from the full line-up.
