Info
On March 27, 2027, Miss Montreal will perform at SPOT/De Oosterpoort in Groningen, with Sanne Hans at the heart of the band. Since 2008, she has been crafting a pop-rock sound that comes across easily: melodies that linger, guitars that have just enough bite, and a voice with a slightly ragged edge. What began with English-language material around the single 'Just a Flirt' has grown into a repertoire that shifts smoothly between accessible guitar pop, solid rock, and more intimate songs.
Live, Miss Montreal feels like a set where the personal takes center stage. Over the years, Hans has increasingly shifted toward Dutch, with a writing style that revolves around clear lines and sober arrangements, without losing the drive of a band. Expect an evening that brings together the different phases of her albums and tours: from early pop-rock to more acoustic moments, always with that direct, melodic signature.
