Info
Sunday, November 22, 2026, Smerz takes VEGA in Copenhagen with their distinctive take on art pop, where minimalist electronic pop is cut into fragments and reassembled as small, skewed narratives. The duo consists of Henriette Motzfeldt and Catharina Stoltenberg, who write, produce and perform the music themselves, and live they strike a balance between club, performance and an intimate concert.
With Big City Life, Smerz has unfolded their universe into songs that possess a subdued club feel, collage-like textures, and vocals that glide between spoken and sung. It’s about city life, relationships and everyday moments, but always with room for the strange angles and the quiet pop hooks that suddenly cling.
As the supporting act, Felicity J Lord warms up before Smerz take the stage at VEGA and make the space their own: tight, playful and intimate.
