Info
Hailing from the Swiss DIY hardcore scene, Coilguns have crafted their own blend of punk and noise rock. Their live shows are welcoming to dancing freaks and crowd-surfing weirdos.
The band's origins are deeply entwined with the development of guitarist Jona Nido's label, Humus Records, which now has over 170 releases to its name from Swiss artists of all sonic persuasions. Initially an entirely self-produced endeavour, Coilguns recorded their fourth record in Norway with producer Scott Evans. Released in November 2024, the album led the band to play shows worldwide through 2025.
For their next record, they returned to Switzerland to record with Scott Evans (Thrice, La Dispute, Neurosis), with additional contributions from Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe, The Armed). The result is their new record, Everything We Love, We Destroy, out on 6 November 2026.
This show at MOTH Club in London on 1 March 2027 will be the first chance to hear the new record live in the city.
