Info
Drew Baldridge hits Whelan’s in Dublin on February 23, 2027 for a set rooted in modern Nashville country, with the kind of plainspoken storytelling that comes from growing up in rural southern Illinois. Now based in Nashville, he writes and sings from everyday life: family ties, faith, small-town routines, and the push-and-pull between staying close to home and chasing bigger horizons.
Live, expect a mix of warm, family-leaning ballads and more driving, country-pop flavored tracks, built for singing along without losing that down-to-earth edge. His breakthrough “She’s Somebody’s Daughter” put him on a wider radar, and the momentum carries into the more recent chapter opened by Country Born (2024). This show is a good snapshot of an artist who’s moved from the independent circuit to a new label era while keeping his songs centered on real-life details and a straight-to-the-point delivery.
