Info
On November 29, 2026, DakhaBrakha lands at Button Factory in Dublin with the singular live energy that made the Kyiv quartet stand out far beyond the theatre where it was born. Their self-defined “ethno-chaos” isn’t a tag to hide behind: it’s a real method, mixing Ukrainian folk songs, rural polyphonies and dance-driven rhythms with touches of rock, pop, and more experimental textures.
On stage, the music is only half the story. DakhaBrakha plays with a strong theatrical edge, shaped early on alongside director Vladyslav Troitskyi: ritual-inspired costumes, a physical presence, and arrangements that move fast from trance-like chants to sharp, modern pulses. Expect a set where tradition gets stretched, twisted, and rebuilt in real time, with the kind of collective intensity that turns a concert into something closer to a performance.
