Info
How does emptiness sound? Kontravoid will lead you through it with a danceable, darkwave stride. Cameron Findlay will perform on December 13 with his project at the Poznań club Pod Minogą, where he will be joined by the duo Spike Hellis.
Before Cameron Findlay focused on his solo career, he made his mark in the music world as the drummer for Crystal Castles (he played there for several months from 2007) and as a co-creator of the synth-pop project Parallels, from which he departed in 2011. The next step was Kontravoid, with which the musician remains active to this day. Since 2019 his discography has grown by four new releases. The most recent of them is 'Sound of the Void', released on October 2.
Findlay performs wearing a distinctive white mask, and his performance captivates the audience, guiding through harsh beats, a rhythmic bass, and catchy melodies straight to the dance floor.
For the warm-up, the Los Angeles-based duo Spike Hellis will take the stage at Pod Minogą. Their blend of EBM and industrial will have you dancing from the first rhythms of the evening. In August, their second album 'Successor' was released.
