Info
Sam Quealy lands at RUST in Copenhagen on 4 March 2027 with her French-Australian hyperpop, which fuses club energy, pop hooks and a futuristic, cyberfeminist-tinged aesthetic. She comes from a background as a dancer and performer, and it shows in everything she does: the numbers are built for movement, with sharp choruses, frantic electronic bursts and moments of conscious vulnerability amid the glamour.
Live you can expect a show where disco, dance-pop and hyperpop shift tempo and colour without losing the grip on the dance floor. Quealy works with a universe of queer power and hyperfeminine energy, and she is also stepping into a new chapter with JAWBREAKER, her forthcoming album slated for 2026. The Copenhagen show in Nørrebro will be a chance to experience the next phase up close: intense, physical and direct.
