Info
On February 9, 2027, Night Lovell brings his 'My Blood As The Ink Tour' to Uebel & Gefährlich in Hamburg. The Ottawa-based rapper has carved out his own zone since the early 2010s, a space somewhere between hip-hop, trap, cloud rap, grime and this dark, decelerated phonk vibe. Since his breakthrough with 'Dark Light', everything about him has been defined by heavy atmosphere: a deep voice, slow tempos, minimal beats, and productions that want more fog than shine.
Live you can expect exactly this tension: songs that do not push forward but pull you in, press you, and leave room. His releases—from Concept Vague through Red Teenage Melody and Goodnight Lovell to Just Say You Don’t Care and I Hope You Are Happy—show how consistently he sticks to this introspective, slightly threatening mood. In Hamburg, that becomes a dense show that treats head and bass with equal seriousness.
